rh85 Frequently Asked Questions

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on rh85. This is a strict requirement enforced during the KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, winnings voided, and all funds reviewed per the rh85 Terms and Conditions.

No. Each person is allowed only one active rh85 account. Creating multiple accounts — even with different details — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being suspended and balances voided. If you've lost access to your existing account, use the account recovery option or contact support at [email protected] before registering a new one.

Log in to your rh85 account and navigate to Account Settings. Some details — like your registered name — may require KYC document review before changes are approved, as they're tied to your verified identity. For mobile number or email changes, OTP confirmation to your existing contact will be required. If you have trouble updating any information, contact [email protected] directly.

rh85 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via Philippine bank transfer, online banking, and supported local e-wallets. The complete and current list of available payment options is displayed in the Deposit section of your account after you log in. All transactions are processed in PHP — no currency conversion is needed.

Most deposits reflect in your rh85 account quickly after the payment is confirmed on the sending side. Processing time can vary depending on the payment method — e-wallet transfers generally post faster than bank transfers. If your deposit hasn't reflected after a reasonable amount of time, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number and the rh85 team will investigate.

Log in to your rh85 account and navigate to the withdrawal section. Select your withdrawal method, enter the amount in PHP, and confirm. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you'll need to complete KYC identity verification — submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID through your account settings. Withdrawals go back to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible.

No. rh85 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or wagering methods. All deposits and withdrawals are made in Philippine Peso (PHP) via bank transfer, online banking, or supported local e-wallets. This applies to all game categories including casino, sports betting, eBingo, and live casino.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: incomplete KYC verification, outstanding wagering requirements on bonuses, withdrawal request pending approval during high-volume periods, or a mismatch between your account details and the receiving payment method. If your withdrawal has been pending longer than expected, contact [email protected] with your withdrawal request ID and registered mobile number.

rh85 offers a wide selection of online casino games including video slots, classic slots, RNG table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker variants), and specialty games. The Live Casino section features real-time streaming with live dealers for baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and game shows. All games are playable in PHP directly from your rh85 account.

RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games at rh85 are powered by certified game providers whose RNG systems are independently tested for randomness and fairness. The house edge is a mathematical certainty built into the game design — no strategy, system, or "hot streak" eliminates it. Winning on any individual spin or hand is never guaranteed. Play within your budget and treat gaming as entertainment.

The Casino section features RNG (software-based) games — slots, virtual table games — where outcomes are determined by a computer algorithm. The Live Casino section features real human dealers running actual card tables and roulette wheels streamed live to your device. In live casino, the outcome depends on the physical deal or spin, not a computer algorithm, which gives it a different feel and pace.

rh85 covers a wide range of sports with a focus on what Filipino players follow most closely: basketball (PBA, NBA), boxing, volleyball, esports, and football. International markets including Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and major MMA and tennis events are also available. Check the Sports section for current available markets and live in-play betting options.

Odds at rh85 represent the probability of an outcome as assessed by the platform, and they determine your payout if your bet wins. Higher odds mean a less likely outcome — and a higher potential return on your stake. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Your potential payout is your stake multiplied by the decimal odds. Odds change based on market activity and events leading up to a game, and in-play odds change in real time during a match.

Yes — rh85 offers live in-play betting on selected sporting events. You can place bets while a match is ongoing, with markets and odds updating in real time based on the current match situation. Live betting availability depends on the specific event and market. Check the Sports section or the Bet page for currently active in-play markets.

eBingo at rh85 works similarly to traditional bingo but in a digital format. You purchase bingo cards in PHP, and numbers are drawn automatically. The game marks off numbers on your cards as they're drawn. Complete a winning pattern — a line, a full card, or another specified pattern — to win. rh85 eBingo is optimised for mobile play and designed for quick sessions. Visit the Bingo section for current available games and card prices.

The Bet and Betting sections on rh85 cover different aspects of the platform's wagering products. Log in and explore both sections to see the current available game types and markets under each. If you have a specific question about what's available in each section, the rh85 support team at [email protected] can assist you.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It's an identity verification process required before rh85 can process your first withdrawal. KYC involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — such as a passport, driver's licence, or national ID (PhilSys). This process protects you from fraudulent account use and ensures that withdrawals are paid to the correct and verified account holder.

rh85 uses SSL encryption on all connections, OTP verification for new-device logins and sensitive account changes, and session monitoring for unusual activity. Your password is stored in hashed (not plain-text) form. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account — an unfamiliar login, a transaction you didn't make — change your password immediately and contact [email protected]. Never share your OTP or password with anyone.

No. rh85 support staff will never ask for your OTP code or your password — through any channel, including SMS, chat, email, or social media. If anyone contacts you claiming to be rh85 support and asks for these details, it is a scam attempt. Do not share your OTP or password. Report the incident to [email protected] immediately.

rh85 provides PHP deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, wager limits, reality check pop-ups, temporary breaks, and self-exclusion. All these tools are accessible from the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. For full details on how each tool works, visit the Responsible Gaming page.

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and open the Responsible Gaming section. Select self-exclusion and follow the confirmation steps. Self-exclusion can be set for a defined period or permanently. Once activated, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets for the duration. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early. If you need urgent self-exclusion, email [email protected] and the team will prioritise your request.

If you're noticing that gaming is affecting your finances, relationships, or daily routine, take it seriously early. Start by setting a deposit limit or taking a temporary break — both are available in your account settings. Read the full self-assessment guide on the Responsible Gaming page. Gaming at rh85 is intended as entertainment only — winning is never guaranteed and gaming is not a source of income.

Yes — rh85 has apps available for both Android and iOS. The platform is optimised for Philippine mobile networks and works on both iOS and Android devices as well as desktop browsers. A stable internet connection gives the best experience, particularly for live casino streaming and in-play sports betting.

The rh85 support team is reachable at [email protected]. When contacting support, include your registered mobile number or username and a brief description of the issue — this helps the team resolve it faster. For urgent account security issues like suspected unauthorised access, make this clear in your email subject line.
